To download files - highlight required files from sub-directory listing and select option to "Get" or "Download" or click on files and drag to new location
To upload files - select option to "Put" or "Upload", then when prompted, browse and select the files or click and drag files to the FTP directory
On a PC - uploading and downloading can be achieved by either cutting or pasting the files to or from the FTP sub-directory
