When he found out that the bus ads they ran all across downtown San Francisco contained an error we had missed (Thursday vs. Tuesday) after the ads were printed and installed, he took it upon himself to correct the error, reprint the ads, and have them all reinstalled, all at his own expense. And he did it all within 5 hours! I would've never imagined a vendor would show such attention to detail and incredible customer service, especially for a non-paying client. I can't recommend him highly enough and encourage all nonprofits to send him their business!"
